Parsley Salad
This Easy elegant healthy salad is light and has colorful veggies that you can get from any supper market or from your garden–tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onions. It’s easy to make and you can save your money and time. Plus, healthy for that busy mom looking for a healthy option. I love this green salad because it has nice flavors which I like most.
Ingredients
- 2 branches of finely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 Medium tomatoes finely chopped
- 4 cucumbers finely chopped
- 4 Table spoons of fresh lemon Juice
- 2 Table spoons of Olive Oil
- 1 Tea spoon of salt
- 1 clove garlic
Cut all the vegetable’s parsley, cucumbers, tomatoes and garlic in the large dish or bowl.
Add fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and mix well together. Be sure all the ingredients are mixed together well.
Once is done put it in the salad bowl and cover then let it sit 5 hours in the refrigerator
Enjoy your salad as a side dish or you can eat as a main dish.
