OLD FASHIONED REMEDIES FOR STAYING HEALTHY IN THE 21ST CENTURY FOR SUPERMOMS

Growing up in Bangladesh was one of those great experiences for me as I had the chance of being raised in old fashioned remedies the ways of being taught how to having a healthy life.

When I got to the United States I quickly forgot those old fashion ways and it showed when I visit the clinic and the doctor said I had high blood pressure.

Doctor prescribed blood pressure bill and I refuse to take her prescription. That’s when I decided to go back to old fashion ways.

I also suffered from insomnia, and well, I still do, but then, I am as healthy as an Eagle, and this is achieved through the application of some of the traditional methods of medication.
I have learned these methods during my teenage years and some other methods I have gathered while I was nursing my boys.

So yeah, I am all out to help all the supermom’s out there who seeks to stay healthy.

The remedy to a healthy living which I present is as simple as just sticking to some old traditional ways or tricks which my mom who is about 63years of age had stuck to her old fashions ways all her life has never needed medication to this day.

HOW TO LOWER YOUR BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL TO NORMAL IN JUST ONE WEEK

“Impossible!” You’ll say since we aren’t speaking of some drugs here, these old fashions remedies are supposed to relax the body and probably help lower the sugar level.

Here are the simple traditional ways and tips that I followed, and arguably my generation has followed to maintain an average sugar level and a healthy life.

The Cinnamon

Take cinnamon sticks and roast it in fry pan and leave it on your cooker for a while

  • Remove and let it cool
  • Grind until it becomes a powder
  • Pour into a bottle for preservation and future use
  • Take ¼ teaspoon of the powder early in the morning on an empty stomach
  • After about 30 minutes, you can then get your breakfast

These tips seem very simple but are tested and found useful. Get a measure of your blood sugar level before using this advice and get another test after a complete full week of following this remedy and you’ll see for yourself the amazing results.

As much as you might have guessed, all the tips here are well tested and proved effective as they are all traditional ways that I have been using all my life.

 

Follow this simple Tip to cure a severe cough completely…

  • Grind 250gm of fennel and store in a container.
  • When a cough begins, take one teaspoon of this powder or use it raw and then take it with a cup of tea.
  • It will stop a cough, this is my personal experience as I had got rid of a severe cough using this tip.
